摘 要:为了解决特厚煤层条件下放顶煤液压支架不稳定的问题,以虎龙沟煤矿81505工作面为工程背景,针对该工作面特殊的地质条件和煤岩体特性,通过分析顶煤冒放性的机理和影响液压支架不稳定的因素,对液压支架的适应性展开研究。结果表明:通过对ZF13000/25/38D型液压支架的柱窝结构进行优化改进,并合理调整支架的间距和梁端距,使得支架在反复支撑顶煤的过程中煤体裂隙快速发育并冒落,极大提高了顶煤的冒放性。In order to solve the problem of unstable hydraulic support for caving coal under the condition of extra thick coal seam,taking 81505 working face of Hulonggou Coal Mine as engineering background,aiming at the special geological conditions and characteristics of coal and rock body.The adaptability of hydraulic support is studied by analyzing the mechanism of caving and releasing of top coal and the factors affecting the instability of hydraulic support.By optimizing and improving the column socket structure of the ZF13000/25/38D type hydraulic support and adjusting the distance between the support and the end of the beam reasonably,the coal body fissures develop and fall rapidly in the process of repeatedly supporting the top coal.The caving property of top coal is greatly improved.
