摘  要:针对目前液压支架的电液控制系统存在可靠性、同步性差,通讯协议不统一,维修升级困难等问题,设计一套液压支架的智能控制系统,并对其进行了调试。该系统通过控制主机、传感系统、通讯系统、动力系统使液压支架按照设定的参数进行动作,代替了大量的人工操作,同时通过对液压支架的受力进行检测和监控,提高了井下采煤作业的安全性和高效性。In view of the problems of reliability,poor synchronization,inconsistent communication protocol and difficult maintenance and upgrading of the electro-hydraulic control system of hydraulic support at present,a set of intelligent control system of hydraulic support is designed,and adjusted its system.By controlling the main engine,sensing system,communication system and power system,the hydraulic support is operated according to the set parameters,which replaces a large number of manual operations.At the same time,the safety and efficiency of underground coal mining operation are improved by detecting and monitoring the force of hydraulic support.
