摘　　要：目的探讨为期8周的老年人慢性疼痛综合管理程序(The integrated pain management program,IPMP)对提高养老机构医护人员疼痛管理知识知和态度的效果,及对改善老年人疼痛及其生理状况的效果。方法从湖南省长沙市两所医养结合型养老机构选取老年人(各40人)和其医护人员(各40人)为研究对象。将其中一所养老机构人员作为实验组,另一所为对照组。实验组接受IPMP培训,而对照组未接受IPMP培训。比较IPMP前后两组医护人员疼痛管理知识和态度及两组老年人疼痛程度及生理状况。结果培训后,实验组医护人员对疼痛管理的知识和态度答题正确率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经IPMP之后,实验组老年人疼痛评分下降程度改善程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论IPMP能提高养老机构医护人员疼痛知识和态度水平;并能切实有效地减轻老年人的慢性疼痛,提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of the integrated pain management program(IPMP)for 8 weeks on improving the awareness and attitude of pain management of medical staff in nursing homes,as well as the effect of improving the pain and physiological status of the elderly.Methods The elderly(40 persons each)and their medical staff(40 persons each)were selected from two elderly care institutions with integrated medical care in Changsha City,Hunan Province as the research objects.The staff of one of the nursing care institutions was used as the experimental group,and the other was the control group.The experimental group received IPMP training,while the control group did not receive IPMP training.To compare the pain management cognition and attitude of the two groups of medical staff before and after IPMP,and the pain degree and physiological status of the two groups of elderly people.Results After training,the correct rate of answering questions of the medical staff in the experimental group on the cognition and attitude of pain management was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After IPMP,the degree of improvement in the decrease in pain scores of the elderly in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion IPMP can improve the level of pain knowledge and attitude of medical staff in nursing homes,and effectively reduce the chronic pain of the elderly and improve their quality of life.
