摘　　要：未来的指挥与控制(C2)必须既敏捷又有柔性,以应对不可预测的战场环境,同时又能够充分使用先进的技术。论文的目的是探索在未来的C2概念中任务指挥的运用。未来的作战环境需要组织敏捷性,因此改变了执行任务的先决条件。未来的C2概念正在开发中,包括在固定和临时组织中集中式和分散式的指挥。当需要优先处理技术先进的专有资源时,最好使用集中式方法。另一方面,动态的情况战场态势需要快速的决策以捕捉战机。未来的作战环境需要进行全面分析以预见决策的政治后果。分析了任务指挥在未来作战环境中的应用,以及与组织敏捷性相关的任务指挥。Future command and control(C2)must be both agile and flexible to cope with unpredictable battlefield environ⁃ments while fully utilizing advanced technology.The purpose of this paper is to explore the use of mission command in the future C2 concept.The future operational environment requires organizational agility,thus changing the prerequisites for performing tasks.Fu⁃ture C2 concepts are under development,including centralized and decentralized command in fixed and ad hoc organizations.When it is necessary to prioritize the processing of technologically advanced proprietary resources,it is best to use a centralized approach.On the other hand,the dynamic situation of the battlefield situation requires quick decision making and capture of fighters.The fu⁃ture operational environment requires a comprehensive analysis to anticipate the political consequences of decision making.It ana⁃lyzes the application of mission command in the future operational environment and the mission command related to organizational agility.
