摘 要:铜包钢绞线具有结构强度高、电气性能优异等特点,广泛用于输变电和通讯线路、电站、建筑物及天线工程中。论文对某工程应用中的铜包钢线缆在VLF频段的损耗电阻进行了研究,基于Ansoft HFSS电磁仿真软件,建立了有限封闭空间电压源激励的求解线缆损耗电阻的电磁模型,分析了铜层厚度对线缆损耗电阻的影响,计算了不同频率下典型铜包钢线缆的损耗电阻,并与线缆样品的实验测试数据进行了对比。结果表明论文仿真模型给出的线缆损耗电阻数据与实测值吻合良好。Copper clad steel stranded wire has the characteristics of high structural strength and excellent electrical perfor⁃mance,and is widely used in power transmission and transformation lines,power stations,buildings and antenna projects.In this paper,the loss resistance of copper clad steel cable in VLF frequency band is studied in an engineering application.Based on An⁃soft HFSS electromagnetic simulation software,an electromagnetic model for solving cable loss resistance in finite closed space volt⁃age source excitation is established.The effect of layer thickness on cable loss resistance is calculated.The loss resistance of typical copper-clad steel cables at different frequencies is calculated and compared with the experimental test data of cable samples.The re⁃sults show that the data about cable loss resistance given by the simulation model is in good agreement with the measured values.
