摘 要:文章主要介绍了中国石油四川石化有限责任公司生产三部PX装置抽余液塔塔顶热深度利用的实践。通过增设低温热水换热器、提高低温热水流量,深度利用抽余液塔塔顶热,增强抽余液塔运行稳定性,降低PX装置综合能耗,经济效益明显提升,有助于PX装置的长周期运行和效益最大化。同时,增产的低温热水作为替代热源,供四川石化公司其他装置使用,起到明显的降本增效作用,充分发挥炼化一体化企业互联互供的优势。This paper mainly introduces the practice of deep utilization of heat fromthe raffinate column of PX plant of PetroChina of Sichuan Petrochemical.By adding a low-temperature hot water heat exchanger to increase the flow rate of low-temperature hot water and making deep use of the heat from the top of the raffinate column,the operation stability of the raffinate columnis enhanced,the comprehensive energy consumption of the PX plant is reduced,and obvious economic benefits are generated,which is conducive to the long-term operation of the PX plant and the maximization of its benefits.At the same time,low-temperature hot water with increased production is used as a substitute heat source for other devices,which plays an obvious role of reducing cost and increasing efficiency,and gives full play to the advantages of interconnecting and mutual supply of refinery integrated enterprise.
