摘 要:随着新的污染物排放标准对SO2限制越来越严格,研究和探索液硫脱气废气的处理具有十分重要意义。某硫磺回收装置根据调研采用对装置影响最小的废气入克劳斯炉的工艺,在新工艺条件下,研究了液硫品质和空气鼓泡量的关系、对比了新工艺和常规工艺烟气排放量和评估了新工艺对克劳斯炉操作的影响,最后综合考虑评判出新工艺相对于常规工艺具有的诸多优势。As the new pollutant emission standards become more and more stringent on SO2 restrictions,it is of great significance to study and explore the treatment of liquid sulfur degassing waste gas.Accordin g to research,A sulfur recovery unit adopts waste gas into the Claus furnace process which exerts the least influence on itself.Under the new process conditions,this paper studies the relationship between liquid sulfur quality and air bubbling volume,compares flue gas emissions under the new process and conventional process and evaluates the impact of the new process on the operation of the furnace.Finally,we comprehensively consider the new process has many advantages relative to conventional processes.
