摘  要:低温恒温恒压测试系统以试差法控制加热电源输出加热功率,改变测试容器在低温介质中的热环境,使测试容器在低温环境下同时达到温度和压力的稳定状态,实现了对测试容器中气体的温度和压力恒定控制。测试结果表明,该系统参数设置简便,温度波动度较小,运行安全可靠,能够满足化工行业中低温流体或传感器元器件的高精度热物性测量要求。In the constant pressure control system based on PID,an experimental system using trial and error method to perform constant temperature control at the same time was proposed.In order to make the heating wire work and change the heat of the experimental container in the cryogenic medium,the method enabled the experimental container to reach a stable state of temperature and pressure at the same time in a low-temperature environment,realizing constant control of the temperature and pressure of the gas in the experimental container.The experimental results showed that the system parameters were simple to set,and the temperature fluctuation was small,and the operation was safe and reliable,which could meet the requirements of high-precision and low-temperature fluids or components thermal measurements in chemical industry.
