摘　　要：煤制烯烃MTP装置是将甲醇制成丙烯的工艺,循环烃的加入对于MTP工艺丙烯选择性和丙烯收率的提高有着积极的影响。文章研究的C5/C6蒸发器是精制单元中用于循环烃与中低压蒸汽的换热器。通过对甲醇回收塔塔底外排废水量、MTP加热炉负荷、C5/C6循环烃温度、低压凝液COD的排查,在不停产工况下快速消除漏点。Coal to olefin MTP plant is a process of methanol to propylene.The addition of circulating hydrocarbon has a positive impact on the propylene selectivity and propylene yield of MTP process.The C5/C6 evaporator studied in this paper is a heat exchanger for circulating hydrocarbon and medium and low pressure steam in refining unit.Through the investigation of the waste water discharged from the bottom of methanol recovery tower,the load of MTP heater,the temperature of C5/C6 circulating hydrocarbon and the COD of low-pressure condensate,the leakage point can be quickly eliminated without stopping production.
