摘 要:某新建醋酸裂解法生产醋酐装置生产过程中会产生含有醋酸的废水,若直接以废水形式外排,则会产生废水污染。因此需将该部分稀醋酸进行分离提浓回收用作原料。文章介绍采用共沸精馏的方式回收废水中的醋酸,以及共沸精馏塔及塔内件的设计。Acetic anhydride is an important chemical raw material,mainly used in the production of cellulose acetate,pesticides,dyes,and perfumes.There are three methods regarding producing acetic anhydride,namely acetic acid thermal cracking,methyl acetate carbonyl synthesis,and acetaldehyde oxidation.The direct discharge of waste process water containing acetic acid,which is produced in the newly built acetic anhydride production plant by acetic acid cracking method,may result in the water pollution.Therefore,this part of dilute acetic acid needs to be separated,concentrated,and recovered.In this paper,the use of azeotropic distillation method to recover acetic acid in wastewater was introduced,and the design of azeotropic distillation tower and its internals was presented.
