加味柴胡疏肝散治疗螺内酯所致男性乳腺增生病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加味柴胡疏肝散治疗抗心衰药螺内酯引起的男性乳腺增生的临床疗效及对血浆黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡激素(FSH)水平的影响。方法:将心力衰竭口服螺内酯引起的乳腺增生男性患者60例随机分为两组,对照组31例仅予他莫昔芬口服治疗,治疗组29例在对照组的基础上加服中药加味柴胡疏肝散治疗;治疗6个疗程后评价两组患者乳房情况(乳房肿块硬度、范围、大小、疼痛程度)及治疗前后血浆LH、FSH水平变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率90.32%,对照组总有效率68.97%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P﹤0.05);治疗组LH、FSH水平较对照组下降更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:加味柴胡疏肝散联合他莫昔芬治疗心力衰竭口服螺内酯引起的男性乳腺增生临床疗效显著,可明显降低LH及FSH水平。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Chaihu Shugan powder on male breast hyperplasia caused by spironolactone(anti-heart failure drug)and the effect on levels of plasma luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle stimulating normone(FSH).Methods:60 cases of male patients with breast hyperplasia caused by spironolactone(oral anti-heart failure drug)were randomly divided into two groups.31 cases of control group were treated only with oral tamoxifen,while 29 cases of treatment group were treated plus with oral modified Chaihu Shugan powder(TCM)on the basis of control group.After 6 courses of treatment,the breast conditions(hardness,range,size,pa in degree of breast lump)and the changes of plasma LH and FSH levels before and after treatment were evaluated in patients of two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.32%,while the total effective rate of control group was 68.97%,the curative effect of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group(P﹤0.05).The levels of LH and FSH in treatment group decreased more significantly than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of modified Chaihu Shugan powder combined with tamoxifen on male breast hyperplasia caused by spironolactone(oral anti-heart failure drug)is significant,which can significantly decrease the levels of LH and FSH.
