摘 要:为了分析不同表层浮浆状况下桥面整体化层抛丸工艺效果,对桥面整体化层表层浮浆较多、一般、较少3种情况进行了抛丸前后构造深度测试,对比分析了测试结果的变化规律,建立了抛丸工艺对桥面整体化层表层浮浆的清除效果分析模型。结果表明:浮浆较多处,抛丸能够增加混凝土表面的构造深度,但增加抛丸次数和降低抛丸速率不能有效清除表层浮浆;浮浆一般处,以15 m/min抛丸2次或8 m/min抛丸1次,能够清除表层浮浆;浮浆较少处,抛丸机速率≤25 m/min抛丸1次后即可将浮浆基本清除。In order to analyze the effect of shot blasting process for the integral deck layer under different surface laitance conditions,the structural depth of the three surface laitance conditions of the integral deck layer before and after shot blasting was tested,the change rule of the test results was compared and analyzed,and an analysis model for the removal effect of shot blasting process on the surface laitance of the integral deck layer was established.The results show that shot blasting can increase the structural depth of concrete surface where there is more laitance,but increasing shot blasting times and decreasing shot blasting rate cannot effectively remove laitance on the surface.In the general place of floating slurry,shot blasting is carried out twice at 15 m/min or once at 8 m/min,so that floating slurry on the surface layer can be clearly seen.Where there is less laitance,the speed of shot blasting machine is≤25 m/min,and the laitance can be basically removed after one shot blasting.
