摘　　要：在建设社会主义现代化强国进程中,“交通强国”具有基础性的地位和作用,它对高等交通工程人才的需求更大、要求更高。从培养目标、培养内容、培养方式3个关键指标分析,当前,交通行业高校在高等交通工程人才培养体系方面还面临着一些挑战和掣肘,需要构建更科学、更完善、更系统的人才培养体系。核心是完善面向社会需求的专业知识培养体系、健全符合时代要求的综合素质培养体系、探索更加科学更加全面的考核评价体系和构建交通工程人才培养的支持保障体系,从而保障人才培养质量,为“交通强国”提供有力、有效的支撑。In the process of building a great modern socialist country,"transportation power"has a basic position and role,it requires more and higher transport engineering talents.Based on the analysis of 3 key indicators,namely,training objective,training content and training mode,at present,transportation colleges and universities are still facing some challenges and constraints in the talent training system of transport engineering,and they need to build a more scientific,more perfect and more systematic talent training system.The core is to improve the professional knowledge training system oriented to the needs of the society,to improve the comprehensive quality training system in line with the requirements of the times,to explore a more scientific and comprehensive assessment system,and to build a support and guarantee system for transport engineering personnel training,in order to ensure the quality of personnel training and provide"transportation power"a strong and effective support.
