浅析张景岳《妇人规》之安胎思路

摘　　要：该文通过对《妇人规》的研读,探研张景岳的安胎思路,总结出其安胎治疗中擅于辨证祛病,重视父母之孕育条件,擅于调补脾肾,分清缓急标本而治,慎察"治病安胎并举"或"下胎益母"等独特治疗思路。同时梳理归纳安胎治疗的病因病机,了解张景岳治疗安胎中的方剂的用药组方的配伍特点,用药上采用因病施药之法,灵活化裁方药。在现代医学中安胎用药特殊及局限性的条件下,总结其安胎治疗的学术思想特色及用药特点,发掘其更多的中医医学价值来指导临床诊治。This article explores ZHANG Jingyue’s antenatal thoughts through the study of“Furen Gui”,and concludes that he is good at differentiating symptoms and curing diseases in antenatal treatment,paying attention to the pregnancy conditions of his parents,good at regulating the spleen and kidney,and distinguishing emergency specimens.Treatment,carefully observe the unique treatment ideas such as“treatment of the disease and anti-fetus”or“pregnancy and motherhood”.At the same time,it summarizes the etiology and pathogenesis of antenatal treatment,understands the compatibility of ZHANG Jingyue’s prescriptions in the treatment of antenatal treatment,and adopts the method of administering drugs due to disease to flexibly tailor prescriptions.Under the special and limited conditions of antifetal medication in modern medicine,we summarize the academic ideological characteristics and medication characteristics of antifetal therapy,and explore its value in traditional Chinese medicine to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.
