摘　　要：月经过少病是现代妇科临床常见病、多发病。王佩娟教授根据多年临床经验以藏象学说为基础,强调月经的正常来潮依赖五脏的相互协调,认为脏腑功能失调是月经过少病发生的本源,疾病日久气滞、血瘀、痰湿之患阻滞胞络是邪实。治疗月经过少病,应"治病求本",调整脏腑为重中之重,辅以祛除邪实。基本治法是根据月经周期阴阳气血变化,应用补肾调肝、温肾暖脾、益气养血、交通心肾法遣方用药,同时注重生活方式的宣教,在临床上取得了良好的治疗效果。Menorrhagia is a common and frequently-occurring disease in modern gynecology.Based on many years of clinical experience,Professor Wang Peijuan emphasized that the normal menstruation depends on the coordination of the five internal organs.He believes that the dysfunction of the viscera is the origin of oligomenorrhea,and the disease is caused by chronic qi stagnation,blood stasis,and phlegm dampness.Blocking the cell network is evil.In the treatment of menorrhagia,it is necessary to“cure the disease at the root”,and adjust the viscera as the top priority,supplemented by removing the evil substance.The basic treatment method is based on the changes of Yin and Yang Qi and blood in the menstrual cycle,the application of medicines for invigorating the kidney,regulating the liver,warming the kidney and warming the spleen,replenishing qi and nourishing blood,communicating the heart and kidney,and paying attention to lifestyle education,and has achieved good clinical treatment.effect.
