王建伟运用“通阳活血”法治疗非特异性腰痛经验

摘　　要：非特异性腰痛是骨伤科门诊常见的疾病之一,对人们日常生活和工作可造成巨大负面影响,但由于其具体病理机制还未完全阐明,目前临床治疗多以对症处理为主,总体疗效仍欠满意。王建伟教授结合自身经验,根据非特异性腰痛的疾病特点,认为阳气失于条达,瘀血留著不去是其基本病机,指出临证当以通阳活血为治疗大法,并创制轻腰汤为非特异性腰痛的基本处方。该治疗思路与处方用之于临床颇有效验,具有一定借鉴意义。Non-specific low back pain is one of the common diseases in orthopedics and traumatology clinics,which can have a huge negative impact on people’s daily life and work.However,because its specific pathological mechanism has not been fully elucidated,the current clinical treatment is mostly symptomatic treatment,and the overall effect Still not satisfied.Based on his own experience and based on the characteristics of non-specific low back pain,WANG Jianwei believes that the loss of yang energy and the retention of blood stasis are the basic pathogenesis of the disease.Tang is the basic prescription for non-specific low back pain.The treatment ideas and prescriptions are quite effective in clinical practice and have certain reference significance.
