芪苈扶正强心汤联合超滤治疗阳气亏虚血瘀水停型心力衰竭临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察芪苈扶正强心汤联合超滤治疗阳气亏虚血瘀水停型心力衰竭患者的疗效。方法:将符合标准的120例阳气亏虚、血瘀水停型心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组60例,治疗组60例。对照组在基础治疗的基础上配合心衰超滤治疗1次;治疗组是在对照组基础上口服芪苈扶正强心汤,疗程10d,观察2组患者的症状、体征、心功能、超声心动图的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率85.00%,在症状改善、心功能恢复等方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:芪苈扶正强心汤联合超滤治疗阳虚阳气亏虚血瘀水停型心力衰竭能有效缓解心衰症状,安全有效。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Qili Fuzheng Qiangxin Decoction combined with ultrafiltration in the treatment of heart failure patients with deficiency of Yang Qi,blood stasis and water stasis.Methods:120 cases of heart failure patients with deficiency of Yang Qi and blood stasis and water stagnation were randomly divided into 60 cases in the control group and 60 cases in the treatment group.The control group was treated with heart failure ultrafiltration once on the basis of basic treatment;the treatment group was treated with Qili Fuzheng Qiangxin Decoction on the basis of the control group for 10 days.The symptoms,signs,cardiac function,and echocardiography of the two groups were observed The graph changes.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.00%,which was significantly better than the control group in terms of symptom improvement and cardiac function recovery(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qili Fuzheng Qiangxin Decoction combined with ultrafiltration can effectively relieve the symptoms of heart failure and is safe and effective in treating heart failure of Yang-deficiency Yang-qi deficiency,blood stasis and water stagnation.
