养阴凉血方加减辨治血热型白疕的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨养阴凉血方加减辨治血热型白疕的疗效。方法:选取符合标准的80例银屑病患者,观察组和对照组各40例,分组则参照随机数字表。对照组单服阿维A胶囊,观察组在对照组基础上通过辨证予养阴凉血方加减,4周为1疗程,2组各治疗2个疗程。比较2组皮损改变情况、PASI评分及不良反应发生。结果:通过比较2组皮损改变及PASI评分,观察组疗效优于对照组。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:养阴凉血方加减辨治血热型白疕有效,不良反应发生率低。Objective:To explore the curative effect of Yangyin Liangxue Prescription in treating blood-heat type leucorrhea.Methods:Select 80 patients with psoriasis that meet the criteria,40 cases in the observation group and 40 cases in the control group,and the grouping is based on the random number table.The control group took Acitretin capsules alone,and the observation group was treated with the addition and subtraction of Yangyin Liangxue prescription based on the control group.4 weeks was one course of treatment,and each of the two groups was treated for 2 courses.The skin lesion changes,PASI score and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:By comparing the skin lesion changes and PASI scores of the two groups,the observation group had better efficacy than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The addition and subtraction of Yangyin Liangxue Recipe is effective in treating blood-heat type leucorrhea with low incidence of adverse reactions.
