护理干预在^99mTc-MDP全身骨扫描中的应用

摘　　要：目的:通过对行全身骨扫描检查的患者进行护理干预,研究和分析护理干预的作用效果;方法:选自2019年6月至2020年8月来我科进行^99mTc-MDP全身骨扫描的100例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各50例,其中对照组患者实施^99mTc-MDP全身骨扫描和常规护理,实验组患者实施^99mTc-MDP全身骨扫描和护理干预,同时对两组患者检查前后进行心理评估,对比分析两组患者的图像质量以及抑郁、焦虑状况;结果:实验组患者^99mTc-MDP全身骨扫描图像质量合格率显著优于对照组,实验组合格率为98%,对照组合格率为78%,χ^2为9.47,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的抑郁/焦虑评分显著优于对照组患者,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对行^99mTc-MDP全身骨扫描的患者实施护理干预,对提高患者图像质量合格率及改善患者的心理状态有着积极的作用。Objective:To study and analyze the effect of nursing intervention through nursing intervention on patients undergoing whole body bone scan;methods:selected from June,2019Methods:a total of 100 patients with ^99mTc MDP bone scan were randomly divided into control group and experimental groupThe control group received ^99mTc MDP whole body bone scan and routine nursing,while the experimental group received ^99mTc MDP whole body bone scan and routine nursingAt the same time,the two groups of patients before and after the examination of psychological assessment,comparative analysis of the image quality of the two groups of patients and depression,anxiety;results:the experimental group of patientsThe qualified rate of ^99mTc MDP whole body bone scan image quality in the experimental group was 98%,while that in the control group was 78%,and theχ2 was 9.47,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the depression/anxiety score of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)。Conclusion:the implementation of nursing intervention for patients with ^99mTc MDP whole body bone scan can improve the image quality and psychological quality of patientsState plays a positive role.
