摘　　要：黄芪桂枝五物汤是中医学的临床常用经典方剂。大量临床实验证实该方在治疗颈项强痛、肩背疼痛、腰痛等疼痛类疾病过程中疗效显著,有研究结果表明该方单味药材中含有皂苷、黄酮、有机酸、单萜苷等化学成分。该文通过介绍黄芪桂枝五物汤主要组成药物的药理作用以及近些年来在骨伤科的广泛应用做一综述,以期为该方在临床使用中提供参考与借鉴。Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction is a classic traditional Chinese medicine prescription.A large number of clinical trials have confirmed that the prescription has a significant effect in the treatment of painful diseases such as severe neck pain,shoulder and back pain,and low back pain.Research results indicate that the single medicinal material of the prescription contains saponins,flavonoids,organic acids,monoterpene glycosides and other chemical components..This article introduces the pharmacological effects of the main components of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction and its extensive application in orthopedics and traumatology in recent years,with a view to providing reference and reference for the clinical use of the prescription.
