摘  要:针对消防服用织物如何进行配伍组合的问题,文章选取10种国内常用消防服用织物并对其进行组合,测试其结构参数、基本服用性能和热防护性能;利用灰色关联分析研究了各织物参数和性能对整体织物组合热防护性能的影响程度,并利用验证实验得出实验试样的灰色关联度不具有偶然性;最后,根据灰色关联分析得到的影响趋势对各参数和性能进行权重赋值,通过模糊综合评判选出综合性能最优的织物组合。结果表明:织物组合的透湿率和外层织物的阻燃性对整体织物组合的热防护性能影响最大;由芳纶1414(200 g/m^2)、无纺布+PTFE膜(90 g/m^2)、芳纶无纺布和芳纶阻燃黏胶构成的织物组合S2的综合性能最佳。Aiming at the problem of how to combine fabrics for firefighter clothing,10 kinds of common fabrics for firefighter clothing were combined and the parameters,basic wearability and thermal protective performance were tested.The influence of fabric parameters and properties on thermal protective performance of fabric combination was studied through grey correlation analysis method,and the grey correlation degree of test sample was not accidental according to the verification test.At last,according to grey correlation analysis method,the weights of parameters and properties were assigned according to the influence trend and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used to select the optimal combination.The result showed that the moisture permeability of fabric combination and flame retardant performance of outer fabric had the greatest influence on the thermal protective performance.The S2 fabric combination of aramid fiber 1414(200 g/m^2),non-woven fabric and PTFE membrane(90 g/m^2),aramid fiber non-woven fabric and flame retardant viscose had the best comprehensive performance.
