摘 要:本文采用热塑性弹性体(POE)和茂金属聚乙烯(mPE)共同改性均聚聚丙烯的韧性。探究了四种型号的热塑性弹性体以及茂金属聚乙烯对均聚聚丙烯韧性的影响,并对影响该性能的投料比进行优化;同时探究了POE和mPE的协同作用对均聚聚丙烯韧性的影响。结果表明:对均聚聚丙烯韧性提高最佳的弹性体型号为DF810,在混合体系中,均聚聚丙烯T30S、热塑性弹性体DF810、茂金属聚乙烯1018LA的优化投料比例为55:35:10,是最优的协同增韧方案,均聚聚丙烯的冲击强度由纯的4.8KJ.m-2,提高到协同增韧后的61.65KJ.m-2,韧性提高了11.8倍。In this paper,thermoplastic elastomer(POE)and metallocene polyethylene(mPE)were used to modify the toughness of homopolymer polypropylene.The influence of four grades of thermoplastic elastomer and metallocene polyethylene on the toughness of polypropylene homopolymer was investigated,and the feed ratio affecting the toughness was optimized.The synergistic effect of POE and mPE on the toughness of homopolymer polypropylene was also investigated.The results showed that:the grade with better modification effect was DF810,the optimum feeding ratio of homopolymer T30S,thermoplastic elastomer DF810 and metalocene polyethylene 1018LA was 55:35.10,was the optimal collaborative toughening scheme.The impact strength of homopolymer polypropylene increased from 4.8KJ.m-2 to 61.65KJ.m-2 after synergistic toughening,and the toughness increased by 11.8 times.
