摘　　要：目的探讨针刺面部提升术在面部年轻化中的应用方法及临床效果。方法以本项目组2019年1月至2020年6月采用针刺面部提升术在面部年轻化临床案例(n=50)为观察对象,按求美者老化特征,采用针刺法面部提升操作,观察术后鼻唇沟、口角囊袋、口下颌沟和下颌缘改变情况,并调查客户满意度。结果本组50例求美者中,鼻唇沟变浅者48例(96.0%)口角囊袋基本消失者40例(80.0%),口下颌沟变浅者47例(94.0%),下颌缘变清晰者49例(98.0%);对术后即刻整体效果满意者47例(94.0%)。结论针刺面部提升术在面部年轻化中可有效改善鼻唇沟、口角囊袋、口下颌沟及下颌模糊等老化特征,具有面部年轻化效果好,求美者满意度高等优势,值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the technique and its clinical effect of application of acupuncture facial lifting for facial rejuvenation.Methods From January 2019 to June 2020,50 case with application of acupuncture facial lifting for facial rejuvenation were observed.According to characteristics of facial aging of seekers,acupuncture facial lifting were undergone and the changes of nasolabial sulcus,oral bursa,oral and mandibular sulcus and mandibular margin after operation were observed,and immediate postoperative satisfaction of cases were calculated.Results In the 50 cases group,48 cases(96.0%)of nasolabial sulcus were obviously shallower,and there were 40 cases(80.0%)with disappearance of oral capsule bag,47 cases(94.0%)with shallow oral and mandibular sulcus,49 cases(98.0%)with clear mandibular margin.Then 47cases(94.0%)were satisfied with immediate postoperative satisfaction.Conclusions application of acupuncture facial lifting for facial rejuvenation could effectively improve the aging characteristics of nasolabial sulcus,oral bursa,and mandibular sulcus and mandibular margin.It has the advantage of good facial rejuvenation and high satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
