摘　　要：目的探讨自体肋软骨联合硅胶假体隆鼻术的临床应用效果及安全性。方法回顾性分析我院2019年1月-2020年1月进行隆鼻术治疗的126例患者临床资料,将采用硅胶假体治疗的60例患者临床资料归为对照组,将采用自体肋骨联合硅胶假体的66例患者临床资料归为观察组,随访至术后9个月。比较两组隆鼻效果、鼻部塑形指标及并发症。结果术后9个月,观察组隆鼻效果优良率92.42%(61/66)高于对照组51.67%(31/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3个月,两组鼻尖角、鼻根高、鼻面角均高于术前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率7.58%(5/66)及二次手术率1.52%(1/66)均低于对照组[23.33%(14/60)、13.33%(8/60)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论隆鼻术中采用自体肋软骨可有效提升临床治疗效果,使并发症发生减少,降低二次手术率,安全性高。Objective To investigate the clinical application effect and safety of autologous costal cartilage combined with silicone prosthesis for rhinoplasty.Methods The clinical data of 126 patients who underwent rhinoplasty treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.The clinical data of 60 patients treated with silicone prosthesis were classified as the control group,and autogenous ribs combined with silicone The clinical data of 66 patients with prosthesis were classified into the observation group,and they were followed up to 9 months after surgery.The effects of rhinoplasty,nose shaping indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results 9 months after surgery,the excellent rate of rhinoplasty in the observation group was 92.42%(61/66)higher than that of the control group by 51.67%(31/60),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3 months after the operation,The nasal tip angle,nose height,and nasal face angle of the two groups were higher than those before surgery,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was 7.58%(5/66)and The second operation rate of 1.52%(1/66)was lower than that of the control group[23.33%(14/60),13.33%(8/60)],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of autologous costal cartilage in rhinoplasty can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect,reduce the occurrence of complications,reduce the rate of secondary operations,and have high safety.
