摘 要:目的探讨将三维钛网修补应用于颅骨缺损患者治疗中的效果,分析其临床可应用价值。方法将2017年3月至2019年5月作为研究时段,在该时段内,将我院中收治的73名外伤后颅骨缺损的患者作为研究对象,本次研究中所有患者在入院后经临床诊断确诊患者为医源性颅骨缺损,患者的个体状况稳定,入院后选择电脑成型三维钛网修补术对缺损颅骨进行修复。在实验完成后,医务人员对患者进行为期6个月的随访,对所有患者的并发症发生状况分析原因及采取的处理对策进行记录。结果73名患者中共有13名患者出现颅骨修补并发症的情况,而其中头皮感染患者6名、钛网慢性切割头皮致钛网外露患者2名、切口愈合不良裂开患者5例,未见修补失败情况。医务人员在确认患者的并发症后对其进行对应的治疗,患者的恢复状况良好,未影响患者的后续康复。结论采用精准化电脑成型三维钛网修补术,对颅骨缺损进行治疗,产生的效果良好,这种修补方案能够保障患者的颅骨修复质量,但这种治疗方案也存在网架系小盒边缘锐利的情况,医务人员在对患者进行治疗时,需要注意三维钛网的特性并尽可能减少术后并发症的发生,这样才能使患者的病情康复得到保障。Objective To investigate the effect of three-dimensional titanium mesh repair in the treatment of skull defect,and analyze its clinical application value.Methods From March 2017 to may 2019 as the research period,73 patients with traumatic skull defect in our hospital were selected as the research objects.In this study,all patients were diagnosed as iatrogenic skull defect after clinical diagnosis after admission,and their individual condition was stable.After admission,they chose computer-formed threedimensional titanium mesh repair to repair the defect skull Reply.After the completion of the experiment,the medical staff followed up the patients for 6 months,analyzed the causes of the complications of all patients and recorded the countermeasures.Results Among the 73 patients,13 patients had skull repair complications,including 6 patients with scalp infection,2 patients with titanium mesh exposure caused by chronic scalp cutting,and 5 patients with poor wound healing and dehiscence.After confirming the complications of the patients,the medical staff carried out corresponding treatment.The recovery of the patients was good,and the follow-up rehabilitation of the patients was not affected.Conclusion The precise computer-formed three-dimensional titanium mesh repair for skull defect has good effect.This repair scheme can ensure the quality of skull repair of patients,but this treatment scheme also has the situation of sharp edge of grid system box.Medical staff should pay attention to the characteristics of three-dimensional titanium mesh and reduce postoperative complications as far as possible The occurrence of the disease,so as to ensure the recovery of the patient's condition.
