绽妍透明质酸保湿喷雾联合绽妍保湿乳治疗面部皮炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的评价面部皮炎患者应用绽妍透明质酸保湿喷雾、绽妍保湿乳的临床价值。方法从我院选取2018年2月到2020年2月期间面部皮炎患者66例为调查研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各33例。对照组患者接受枸地氯雷他定联合绽妍透明质酸保湿喷雾,观察组采用绽妍透明质酸保湿喷雾联合绽妍保湿乳,对比治疗结果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.01),统计学差异明显;观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学差异;经对比两组患者局部瘙痒、灼烧感等不良反应率(P>0.05)无统计学差异;治疗后观察组红斑、丘疹症状症状积分低于对照组(P<0.01),统计学差异明显;治疗后观察组干燥脱屑、色素沉着症状积分低于对照组(P<0.01),统计学差异明显。结论面部皮炎患者运用绽妍透明质酸保湿喷雾联合绽妍保湿乳治疗效果确切明显,有效提高治疗效果、改善红斑、丘疹等症状,降低复发率,适用于临床治疗大量的推广和使用。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of hyaluronic acid-based moisturizing spray combined with moisturizing cream in treatment of facial dermatitis.Methods 66 cases of patients with facial dermatitis and treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 33 cases in each.The control group received desloratadine combined with Zhanyan hyaluronic acid moisturizing spray,the observation group were treated with Zhanyan hyaluronic acid moisturizing spray combined with moisturizing cream.Efficacy and safety were compared between two groups.Results The overall response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);The recurrence rate was lower in the observation group,and the difference was also statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of local pruritus,burning and other adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05);but the scores of erythema,papule,dryness,desquamation and pigmentation were all lower in the observation group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Zhanyan hyaluronic acid moisturizing spray combined with moisturizing cream is effective in the treatment of facial dermatitis,as it can improve erythema,papule and other symptoms,and reduce the recurrence rate.This therapy is suitable for a large scale of clinical application.
