肝肾不足型复发性斑秃患者接受中医汤剂联合针灸治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析肝肾不足型复发性斑秃患者接受中医汤剂联合针灸治疗的效果。方法经数字随机表法将100例肝肾不足型复发性斑秃患者分成对照组与实验组,每组各50例,对照组仅接受中医汤剂治疗,实验组则接受中医汤剂联合针灸治疗,观察比较临床效果。结果实验组的临床总有效率为94.0%,明显高于对照组的78.0%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,实验组的毳毛长出时间、毳毛变黑时间均明显缩短(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组治疗后的终毛数密度均明显提高(P<0.05);而且实验组治疗后的终毛数密度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组治疗后的血清IL-10水平明显升高(P<0.05),TNF-α水平明显降低(P<0.05);实验组治疗前的血清IL-10水平明显高于对照组,TNF-α水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,实验组的斑秃复发率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论采用中医汤剂联合针灸对肝肾不足型复发性斑秃患者进行治疗具有更高的有效率,临床疗效更加显著,而且起效时间更短,具有临床推广价值。Objective To analyze the effect of TCM Decoction Combined with acupuncture in the treatment of recurrent alopecia areata of liver and kidney deficiency type.Methods 100 patients with recurrent alopecia areata of liver and kidney deficiency type were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,50 cases in each group.The control group only received TCM Decoction,while the experimental group received TCM Decoction Combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.0%,which was significantly higher than 78.0%of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the growth time and blackening time of the experimental group were significantly shorter(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the final hair density of the two groups after treatment were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the final hair density of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the serum IL-10 level of the two groups after treatment was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the TNF-αlevel was significantly decreased(P<0.05);the serum IL-10 level before treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the TNF-αlevel was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the recurrence rate of alopecia areata in the experimental group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM Decoction Combined with acupuncture for the treatment of recurrent alopecia areata with liver and kidney deficiency has higher effective rate,more significant clinical effect,and shorter onset time,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
