摘　　要：自体脂肪因其来源丰富,获取方便,无免疫原性等诸多优点,经过百余年的发展历史,目前已经成为整形外科修复软组织缺损的常用材料。尤其运用于面部眶区凹陷精准填充,重塑年轻化的面部形态,有效提升患者群体的心理健康水平和成功感,具有广泛的社会意义。现就自体脂肪应用于上睑凹陷的临床研究进展作一综述,以期使此项技术能更好地服务于临床。Autologous fat has become a common material for plastic surgery to repair soft tissue defects due to its rich source,easy access and lack of immunogenicity.It is especially applied to accurately fill the facial orbital depression,reshape the youthful facial shape,and effectively improve the sense of success and mental health of the patient group,which has broader social significance.In this paper,the clinical research progress of autologous fat in upper eyelid depression is reviewed in order to make this technique better serve clinical practice.
