窄谱中波紫外线光疗在皮肤科的应用

摘　　要：窄谱中部紫外线波长主要集中于311-312nm,由于其用于治疗时不良反应比补骨脂长波紫外线(PUVA)低,疗效比宽谱中波紫外线(BB-UVB)好,逐渐被应用于皮肤科多种疾病的治疗。本文就其在皮肤科的应用进行综述。The wavelength of the narrow band ultraviolet B radiation concentrated at 311-312nm.Because its adverse reaction is lower than PUVA and its curative effect is better than BB-UVB,it is gradually applied in the treatment of various diseases in dermatology.This article reviews its application in dermatology.
