摘　　要：实施乡村振兴战略,急需“三农”改革的成功蓝本和成功路径。在当下,由于农民主体已不愿种粮,粮食安全受到威胁,因此农业供给侧结构调整已迫在眉睫。四川成都崇州市实施的以土地三权分置、农业共营制、设立农业国家级开发区为主体的三个阶段的成功改革,为我国“三农”改革提供了可资借鉴的蓝本和路径图。To implement the strategy of rural revitalization,the blueprint and successful roadmap of“three rural”reform are in urgent need.Because farmers are unwilling to grow grain and food security is threatened,the adjustment of agricultural supply side structure is imminent.Chongzhou City,Chengdu,Sichuan Province,has implemented three stages of successful reform,which are land separation,agricultural co operation and the establishment of National Agricultural Development Zone as the main body,providing a nationwide reference blueprint and roadmap for China’s“three rural”reform.
