摘  要:目的分享“斑马”一次性输尿管软镜(“斑马”软镜)治疗上尿路结石的初步经验。方法应用“斑马”软镜处理上尿路结石59例,其中输尿管上段结石14例,肾结石29例,输尿管上段及肾结石16例。钬激光能量2.0J,频率20 Hz。结果本组59例患者手术均获成功,手术时间平均(60.93±13.47)min,术后住院时间平均(3.05±0.78)d。术后所有病例均出现轻微血尿,1~3 d后血尿消失;术后轻度发热4例(<38.5℃),经对症处理后治愈。未发生脓毒血症、肾功能衰竭等重大并发症。一次手术清石率为91.5%(54/59)。4周后查卧位腹平片未见明显残石,或结石碎屑最大径<0.3 cm。结论“斑马”软镜可以安全有效地处理上尿路结石,操作方便,无需再次消毒,具有一定的应用价值。Objective To share the preliminary experience of"Zebra"single-used flexible ureteroscope for upper urinary calculi.Methods 59 cases of upper urinary calculi were treated by holmium laser lithotripsy under"Zebra"ureteroscope,including 14 cases of upper ureteral calculi,29 cases of renal calculi and 16 cases of both upper ureteral and renal calculi,with 2.0J of the power and 20 Hz of frequency of holmium laser energy.Results All operations were successfully during(60.93±13.47)minutes averagely,and the average hospital stays were(3.05±0.78)days after the operation.Mild hematuria occurred in all cases,and disappeared after 1 to 3 days;4 cases of mild fever(<38.5℃)were cured by symptomatic treatment.There was no serious complication as sepsis and renal failure.91.5%of the cases achieved stone free in one operation.Conclusion The lithotripsy with"Zebra"single-used flexible ureteroscope is a safe and effective method for upper urinary tract stones with easily operating and no need to re-disinfection,which makes it possesses a certain application value.
