摘 要:当前,钢结构防火涂料在建筑施工过程中应用广泛。随着人们对于绿色节能的日益重视,钢结构防火涂料的环保性能值得关注。目前,涂料产品最重要的环保指标为涂料的VOC值。基于此,实验选取市面上5种溶剂型钢结构防火涂料进行测试分析,分析这5种涂料的VOC值。经检测,所选取涂料样品的VOC值分别为:312g/L、205g/L、422g/L、440g/L、389g/L。At present,the fire-retardant coatings for steel structures are widely used in the construction process of buildings.As people pay more and more attention to green and energy saving,the environmental protection performance of fire-retardant coatings for steel structures is worthy of attention.At present,the most important environmental protection index of coatings is the VOC values of coatings.Based on this,the experiment selects 5 kinds of solvent-based fire-retardant coatings for steel structures on the market for testing and analysis,and analyzes the VOC values of these 5 coatings.After testing,the VOC values of the samples of selected coatings were:312 g/L,205 g/L,422 g/L,440 g/L,389 g/L,respectively.
