摘  要:目的探讨球囊扩张疗法联合吞咽功能训练对脑梗死伴吞咽障碍患者的标准吞咽功能评估表(SSA)评分的影响。方法选取80例脑梗死伴吞咽障碍患者,40例患者接受常规吞咽功能训练纳入对照组,40例患者在常规吞咽功能训练基础上接受球囊扩张疗法纳入干预组。治疗前、后分别进行SSA评分,评估吞咽障碍程度。结果治疗后,两组患者SSA评分均明显下降(P<0.05),且干预组SSA评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者吞咽障碍程度均明显减轻,且干预组吞咽障碍程度轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论球囊扩张疗法联合吞咽功能训练能改善脑梗死伴吞咽障碍患者的吞咽功能,明显降低SSA评分。Objective To explore effects of balloon dilatation therapy combined with swallowing function training on scores of Standardized Swallowing Assessment(SSA)in patients with cerebral infarction and dysphagia.Methods Eighty patients with cerebral infarction and dysphagia were enrolled.Forty patients undergoing routine swallowing function training were included into control group,while forty patients undergoing balloon dilatation therapy combined with routine swallowing function training were included into intervention group.SSA scoring was conducted before and after treatment.The dysphagia degree was assessed.Results After treatment,SSA scores in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).And SSA scores in intervention group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The dysphagia in both groups was significantly alleviated.The dysphagia degree in intervention group was milder than that the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Balloon dilatation therapy combined with swallowing function training can improve swallowing function of patients with cerebral infarction and dysphagia,and significantly reduce SSA scores.
