对症基础治疗联合孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童呼吸道合胞病毒感染毛细支气管炎的疗效及预后观察

摘　　要：目的研究对症基础治疗联合孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童呼吸道合胞病毒感染(RSV)毛细支气管炎的疗效及预后观察。方法选取80例RSV毛细支气管炎患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组各40例,对照组使用对症基础治疗,研究组使用对症基础治疗+孟鲁司特钠进行治疗,治疗时间2周,比较两组疗效、症状消失时间及住院时间、炎症指标,并监测不良反应。结果治疗后,研究组的总有效率为92.50%,显著高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);研究组症状消失时间及住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿的半胱氨酰白三烯(CysLTs)、嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)较治疗前均显著降低,且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);用药期间两组患儿未出现严重不良反应,两组对比无统计学差异(P>0.05);随访期间,研究组患儿的复发率为5.00%,低于对照组20.00%(P<0.05)。结论应用对症基础治疗联合孟鲁司特钠治疗RSV毛细支气管炎患儿疗效显著,缩短患儿症状消失时间及住院时间,降低患儿体内的炎症因子水平。Objective To study the efficacy of symptomatic basic treatment combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)bronchiolitis in children and prognosis observation.Methods 80 children patients with RSV bronchiolitis were selected for the study.They were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was given symptomatic basic treatment while study group was treated with symptomatic basic treatment+montelukast sodium,and they were treated for 2 weeks.The efficacy,disappearance times of symptoms,hospital stay and inflammatory indexes were compared between the two groups,and the adverse reactions were monitored.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in study group was significantly higher than that in control group(92.50% vs 75.00%)(P<0.05).The disappearance times of symptoms and hospital stay in study group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the cysteinyl leukotrienes(CysLTs)and eosinophilic cationic protein(ECP)in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment,and the indexes in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups during medicine(P>0.05).During follow-up,the recurrence rate in study group was lower than that in control group(5.00% vs 20.00%)(P <0.05).Conclusion Symptomatic basic treatment combined with montelukast sodium has significant efficacy in the treatment of children patients with RSV bronchiolitis,and it can shorten the disappearance times of symptoms and hospital stay,and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors of children patients.
