摘  要:详细介绍了金川集团股份有限公司镍冶炼厂采用冶炼烟气制酸的过程中高含尘烟气对制酸系统的影响及产生原因,并提出了应对措施。采用物理沉降+过滤两级除尘工艺,通过增加压滤设备提高系统的压滤能力、连通管加装阀门防止循环稀酸互串和新增渣浆罐提高除泥降温效果等措施,将冶炼烟气含有的尘从制酸系统移除,大大减少了酸性水排放量,有效降低了系统的运行负荷及运行成本,减小了高含尘烟气对净化工序的影响,为冶炼系统与制酸系统的匹配化生产和设备设施的安全稳定运行提供了有利保障。The influence of high dust smelting flue gas on the acid production system and its causes in the process of sulphuric acid production by smelting flue gas in Nickel Smelter plant,Jinchuan Group Co.,Ltd.are introduced in detail.Two-stage dust removal process of physical sedimentation and filtration is adopted.The dust contained in smelting flue gas is removed from the acid production system by increasing the pressure filtration equipment to increase the pressure filtration capacity of the system,installing valves on the connecting pipe to prevent the cross-linking of circulating dilute acids,and adding slag slurry tank to increase sludge removal and cooling effect.The dust contained in the smelting flue gas is removed from the acid production system,which greatly reduces the acid water discharge,effectively reduces the operation load and operating cost of the system,reduces the influence of high dust content flue gas on purification process,and provides favorable guarantee for matching production of smelting system and acid production system and safety and stable operation of equipment and facilities.
