摘  要:天中直流送端天山换流站运行过程中发现直流中性母线电流IDNC存在较大测量误差,经推导确认IDNC测量误差会引发现场直流功率测量值与指令值、直流功率实际值与指令值之间出现偏差,并得出了直流功率偏差与IDNC测量误差之间的数学关系。结合现场控制和测量系统的特点,提出了一种针对IDNC测量故障的控制系统自监视切换逻辑,该自监视切换逻辑可根据IDNC测量误差切换控制装置值班状态或选择控制环节所用直流电流量,从而避免IDNC测量误差对功率控制效果产生影响。最后通过RTDS仿真试验验证该逻辑的有效性。A large measurement error of DC neutral bus current IDNC is found during operation in Tianshan converter station.It was confirmed that the measurement error of IDNC would cause the deviation between the measured value of DC power and the command value,and the actual value of DC power with the command value.The mathematical relationship between DC power deviation and IDNC measurement error was obtained.Combining the characteristics of the field control and measurement system,a self-monitoring switching logic of the control system for IDNC measurement failure was proposed.The self-monitoring switching logic could switch the on-duty status of the control device or select the amount of direct current used in the control link according to the IDNC measurement error,so as to avoid the IDNC measurement error from affecting the power control effect.Finally,the validity of the logic was verified by RTDS simulation test.
