摘  要:为了有效评估入网绝缘子用常温固化硅橡胶(RTV)防污闪涂料的质量,依托RTV防污闪涂料入网检测试验室,建立了一套基于模糊综合评判决策理论的RTV涂料入网检测质量评价方法。通过模糊数学理论对RTV涂料各入网检测项目试验数据进行单因素分析,再将各评价结果通过权重向量分配综合,最终实现准确量化评估RTV防污闪涂料质量,以便于电力企业及用户从入网源头掌握RTV涂料质量水平,保证电力设备的安全投入和稳定运行。In order to effectively evaluate the quality of room temperature curable silicone rubber(RTV)anti-pollution flashover coatings for insulators,relying on the RTV anti-pollution flashover coating entry testing laboratory,a set of RTV coating entry testing quality evaluation methods based on fuzzy comprehensive judgment decision-making theory have been established.Through the fuzzy mathematics theory,the single factor analysis was carried out on the test data of the RTV coating inspection items.Finally,the quality of RTV anti-pollution flashover coating can be evaluated quantitatively by weight vector distribution,which convenient for power enterprises and users to master the quality level of RTV coating from the source of network access,and ensure the safe input and stable operation of power equipment.
