摘  要:阀控式铅酸蓄电池是目前国内变电站站用直流系统最常见的蓄电池之一,具有运行寿命长,维护工作量小等优点。但阀控式铅酸蓄电池组存在无法通过容量分析的方式判断电池容量,仅能通过核容放电形式确定蓄电池组容量的问题。目前的蓄电池组运维周期通常在一至两年,周期较长,很难及时发现蓄电池的异常状态。为此从蓄电池的放电曲线着手,分析了蓄电池放电曲线的主要特点,总结了异常电池放电曲线的关键点,阐述了运维铅酸蓄电池的注意事项,以加强对变电站蓄电池组的维护。VRLA battery is one of the most common batteries in substation DC system,which has the advantages of long operation life and small maintenance workload.However,the capacity of VRLA battery cannot be obtained by capacity analysis,but only by controlled discharge experiment.At present,the operation and maintenance cycle of the battery is usually one or two years.The long cycle is relatively difficult to find the abnormal state of the battery in time.Therefore,starting from the battery discharge curve,the main characteristics of the battery discharge curve were analyzed.The key points of the abnormal battery discharge curve were summarized,and the precautions for operation and maintenance of lead-acid batteries were explained to strengthen the maintenance of the battery packs in the substation.
