摘  要:配网中环网柜电缆接头处主要的缺陷隐患是绝缘能力下降、接触不良。在运检工作中这些缺陷如果不能及时感知并加以消除,演变成故障的概率就相对较大,影响配网安全运行。对电缆接头处进行实时在线测温,通过温度异常感知隐患预判故障是目前配网运检的方法之一。为了让同行全面了解声表面波测温技术以及在实际工作中更好地应用同类技术设备,文章对贵州电网公司相关供电局采用声表面波原理无源无线测温技术的试点应用项目进行分析。通过参与试用项目工程实施全过程管理,分析电缆接头故障原因及现象,研究表面波无源无线测温技术原理,分析测温设备实际应用,总结了此类设备的应用优势、适用范围与不足,并提出了改进应用的方法,以期提高其应用价值。The main defect hidden dangers at the cable joints of the ring main unit in the distribution network are the decrease of insulation capacity and poor contact.If these defects cannot be detected and eliminated in time during the inspection work,the probability of evolving into failures will be relatively large,which will affect the safe operation of the distribution network.Real-time online temperature measurement at cable joints,and predicting faults through temperature abnormality sensing hidden dangers are one of the current methods of distribution network operation inspection.In order to let colleagues fully understand the surface acoustic wave temperature measurement technology and better apply similar technology and equipment in actual work,the pilot application project of the relevant power supply bureau of Guizhou Power Grid Corporation using the surface acoustic wave principle passive wireless temperature measurement technology was analyzed.Through participating in the whole process management of the trial project,the causes and phenomena of cable joint failure were analyzed,the principle of surface wave passive wireless temperature measurement technology were studies,and the practical application of temperature measurement equipment was analyzed.The application advantages,scope of application and shortcomings of this type of equipment were summarized,and the methods to improve the application in order to increase its application value were proposed.
