摘 要:全球气候变暖与热岛效应的持续加剧对室外热环境造成重大影响,热舒适性评估与人体热感觉检测已成为城市设计和环境行为领域关注的热点。在广泛应用的人体热学指标中,UTCI(Universal Thermal Climate Index)指数模型采用了Fiala人体模型,更能反映人体对室外环境的热反应。通过梳理UTCI评价模型的实践应用,审查其在全球各个气候区的适用性和对室外热环境的改善中的应用,并探讨了基于UTCI指数的城市室外热环境研究的主客观结合研究方法。对系统研究城市热环境,提升公共空间品质提供了一种科学工具和思路。Global warming and the continued intensification of the heat island effect have a significant impact on the outdoor thermal environment.Thermal comfort assessment and human thermal sensation detection have become a hot spot in the field of urban design and environmental behavior.Among the widely used human thermal indicators,the UTCI(Universal Thermal Climate Index)index model uses the Fiala human body model,which can better reflect the human body’s thermal response to the outdoor environment.Through combing the practical application of UTCI evaluation model,reviewing its applicability in various climate zones around the world and its application in improving outdoor thermal environment,and discussing the subjective and objective combination research method of urban outdoor thermal environment based on UTCI index.Finally,it provides a scientific tool and idea for systematically studying the urban thermal environment and improving the quality of public space.
