摘 要:根据东北地区小径松木资源丰富和模板工程的应用情况,提出一种组合木梁模板支撑体系,介绍了组合木梁的组成及加工;依据相关规范,采用足尺试件对组合木梁进行了试验研究。通过组合木梁的含水率和弯曲试验,分析得到了其顺纹弹性模量和分级荷载下的变化规律;结合试验梁的荷载-挠度曲线得到组合木梁的弯曲弹性模量;指出组合木梁在模板支撑体系中受力的优越性。According to the abundant resources of small diameter pine and the application of formwork engineering in Northeast China,a formwork support system of composite timber beam was proposed.The wood beam composition and processing of composite were introduced in this paper Then,the full-scale test of composite timber beams combined with relevant specifications were carried out.Meanwhile,the along-grain elastic modulus and the change rule under graded load were gained the based on the moisture content and bending tests of composite wood beams.It shows that the elastic modulus along the grain of wood and the bending elastic modulus of the composite wood beam from the load deflection curve of girder.Also,it was pointed out that the advantages of composite wood beam in the formwork support system.
