摘　　要：为倡导全寿命期住宅安全使用理念,增强住宅安全使用意识,文中详细介绍了以地方标准《住宅安全使用说明书编制标准》《住宅安全使用说明书》引领业主和管理单位的安全使用住宅行为,从而避免在住宅装修和使用中发生违法违规拆改,避免发生住宅安全事故的思考和做法,为全寿命期住宅安全使用提供了有效路径。This paper introduces the local standards“Standards for the Preparation of Residential Safety Instructions”and“Residential Safety Instructions”in detail to guide owners and management units in safe use of houses.The purpose is to advocate the concept of safe use of housed throughout the life cycle and enhance the awareness of safe use of houses.Therefore,it is possible to avoid illegal demolition and alteration in residential decoration and use,and to avoid the thinking and methods of residential safety accidents,which provides an effective path for the safe use of houses throughout the life-cycle.
