摘  要:为满足渤海油田深部液流转向技术需求,利用生物显微镜以及岩心驱替实验研究了Z1型聚合物微球在磨口瓶和多孔介质中的膨胀性能以及注入性能,并开展了微球液流转向效果实验研究。实验结果表明,在渤海Q油藏环境下,磨口瓶中微球水化缓膨192 h后粒径从3.80μm增长到28.02μm,粒径膨胀了6.37倍,表现出良好缓膨效果。微球具有良好注入性的极限渗透率为200×10^-3μm^2,岩心渗透率(K)在(200~1 400)×10^-3μm^2范围内微球缓膨后具有良好封堵效果,封堵率(β)大于50%。随K增加,β呈现"先增后减"变化趋势,极限渗透率时β最大,高于79%。随微球注入浓度的增加,阻力系数、残余阻力系数和β逐渐增加,采收率增幅也逐渐增大。In order to meet the technical requirements of deep liquid flow steering in Bohai oilfield,the expansion and injection performance of Z1-type polymer microspheres in flasks and porous media was studied by using biomicroscopy and core displacement experiments,and the experimental research on the liquid flow steering effect of microspheres was carried out.The results show that in the Bohai Q reservoir environment,the particle size of the microsphere in the flasks increases from 3.80μm to 28.02μm after 192 h,and the particle size expands 6.37 times,showing a good effect.The limit permeability of microspheres with good injectivity is 200×10^-3μm^ 2,and the plugging effect is good when the microspheres expand slowly within the range of(200-1400)×10^-3μm ^2,and the plugging rate is more than 50%.With the increase of permeability,the plugging rate of microsphere shows a trend of“increase first and then decrease”,and the plugging rate is the largest at the limit permeability,which is greater than 79%.With the increase of microsphere injection concentration,the resistance coefficient,residual resistance coefficient,plugging rate and recovery rate increase gradually.
