摘 要:以中蔬四号番茄种子为试材,研究不同种子浸泡时间、NaClO浓度、培养基和光照时间对其无菌苗生长的影响。结果表明:浸泡16 h有利于中蔬四号番茄种子萌发和成苗;10%和15%的NaClO处理的中蔬四号番茄种子萌发率和成苗率均高;接种至1/2MS和1/2MS+0.3 mg·L^-1IBA的培养基上的番茄种子萌发率和成苗率,均为100%;暗培养3 d和不暗培养的番茄种子萌发率和成苗率相同。结合经济效益,综合认为浸泡16 h的种子,用10%的NaClO处理中蔬四号番茄种子,接种至1/2MS培养基上,暗培养3 d,有利于中蔬四号番茄种子的萌发和成苗。Using the seed of Chinese vegetable tomato NO.4 as test material,the effects of different soaking time,NaClO concentration,medium and light time on the growth of non-bacterial tomato seeds were studied.The results showed that soaking for 16 h was beneficial to seed germination and seedling formation of tomato NO.4.The germination rate and seedling rate of tomato NO.4 treated with 10%and 15%NaClO were both high.The germination rate and seedling rate of tomato seeds inoculated to 1/2MS and1/2MS+0.3 mg·L-1IBA were 100%.The germination rate and seedling rate of tomato in 3 d dark culture and no dark culture were the same.Combined with economic benefits it was concluded that soaking the seeds for 16 h and treating them with 10%NaClO and inoculation to 1/2MS medium for dark culture of 3 d were conducive to the germination and seedling formation of tomato seeds for medium vegetable NO.4.
