黄伞子实体性状与产量的关系研究

摘　　要：为研究野外生长的黄伞(Pholiota adiposa)性状与子实体质量之间的联系,在阿克苏市和拜城县采集野外生长的黄伞,观察子实体颜色,并测量子实体的菌柄直径、菌柄长度、菌盖直径、菌盖厚度、子实体质量等指标,分析子实体质量与其他5个性状之间的关系。相关分析结果表明,子实体质量与菌柄长度、菌盖直径、菌柄直径和菌盖厚度极显著正相关,而与菌盖颜色相关关系不显著;通径分析结果表明,对子实体质量直接作用由大至小依次为菌柄长度、菌盖直径、菌盖厚度、菌柄直径,而间接通径系数表现为菌盖直径、菌盖厚度和菌柄直径通过菌柄长度对子实体质量的间接促进作用较大。上述结果可为今后人工驯化、培育优良黄伞菌株并提高其产量提供参考。To study the relationship between the yield and sporophore traits of wild Pholiota adiposa,the wild Pholiota adiposa was collected in Aksu City and Baicheng County in Xinjiang,the colour of sporophore were observed,the stipe diameter,stipe length,pileus diameter,pileus thickness,and sporophore weight were measured,and the relationship between individual sporophore weight and the other five traits were analyzed.The results of correlation analysis showed that the sporophore weight was significantly positive correlated with the stipe diameter,stipe length,pileus diameter,and pileus thickness,but not significantly correlated with the color of the pileus.The results of path analysis showed that the direct effects on the sporophore weight represented as stipe length>pileus diameter>pileus thickness>stipe diameter,while the indirect path coefficient showed that the pileus diameter,pileus thickness and stipe diameter had a greater indirect effect on the yield through the stipe length.The results could provid reference for artificial domestication and cultivation of excellent strains in the future.
