摘  要:为研究黑木耳菌糠作为育苗基质对黄瓜苗期生长的影响,试验设计了9个不同配方黑木耳菌糠育苗基质,其菌糠添加量分别为97.0%(T1),97.5%(T2),98.0%(T3),98.5%(T4),75.5%(T5),78.5%(T6),81.5%(T7),84.5%(T8),99.5%(T9),以100%草炭(T10)作为对照,分析了各配方育苗基质的理化指标及各基质条件下黄瓜苗期株高、茎粗、根长、叶绿素含量、植株地上、地下干质量等生长指标。结果表明,与100%草炭相比较,9个配方的黑木耳菌糠育苗基质的pH值、电导率、总孔隙度和持水孔隙度均有所提高,且T2、T4、T8、T9的容重显著降低,而T2、T6、T8和T9的通气孔隙度显著增加;黄瓜幼苗在T3处理株高、茎粗、根长、叶绿素含量、地上部分干质量、干物质累积量及壮苗指数均显著提高,且其地下部分干质量变化不显著,其表现优于其他配方处理。综合而言,黑木耳菌糠可作为育苗基质应用于蔬菜育苗,其在黄瓜育苗上推荐采用T3配方,即98.0%黑木耳菌糠添加1.5%的尿素和0.5%的发酵剂。To study the effects of black fungus chaff as substrate on cucumber seedling growth,the experiment set nine different recipes with black fungus chaff nursery substrates,the fungus chaff adding quantity were 97.0%(T1),97.5%(T2),98.0%(T3),98.5%(T4),75.5%(T5),78.5%(T6),81.5%(T7),84.5%(T8),99.5%(T9),respectively,and the 100%peat(T10)was as the control.The physical and chemical indicators of each formula nursery substrates were analyzed,and the plant height,stem diameter,root length,chlorophyll content and dry weight under different substrate conditions were studied.The results showed that,compared with 100%peat,the pH value,electrical conductivity,total porosity and water holding porosity of the nine formulations of fungus nursery substrates were all increased,and the bulk density of T2,T4,T8 and T9 were significantly decreased,while the aeration porosity of T2,T6,T8 and T9 was significantly increased.Compared with the 100%peat treatment,in the T3 treatment,the plant height,stem diameter,root length,chlorophyll content,dry mass,dry matter accumulation amount and seedling index of cucumber seedlings were significantly increased,and the underground dry mass had no significant changes,which was better than that of the other eight treatments.Comprehensively,fungus bran could be used as seedling substrate for vegetable seedling,and T3 formula is recommended for cucumber seedling,that is,98%fungus bran with 1.5%urea and 0.5%starter.
