摘  要:采用线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)和聚苯乙烯(PS)间的Friedel-Crafts烷基化反应和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)熔融接枝的方法,制备了增容母料。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、差示扫描量热(DSC)、力学性能测试、熔体流动速率(MFR)测试和扫描电子显微镜观察,分析了增容母料对LLDPE/PS/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)三元互不相容共混物的增容作用。结果表明:增容母料中含有(LLDPE-g-PS)-g-GMA,其质量分数为29.6%;加入增容母料后,共混物的力学性能明显提高,MFR下降,分散相粒径明显减小,各相间的相容性明显提高;随着增容母料用量的增加,增容共混物中LLDPE相的结晶温度、熔点和结晶度逐渐提高,PET相的结晶温度、熔点和结晶度逐渐降低。Compatibilized master batch was prepared via the incorporation of Friedel-Crafts alkylation between linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE)and polystyrene(PS)and melt-grafting with glycidyl methacrylate(GMA).Then compatibilization effects of this compatibilized master batch on ternary incompatible LLDPE/Polystyrene/Polyethylene terephthalate(PET)blends were analyzed by methods of infrared spectrum,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),mechanical property testing,melt flow rate(MFR)testing and scanning electron microscope observation.The results reveal that the compatibilized master batch contains(LLDPE-g-PS)-g-GMA,and its mass fraction is 29.6%.After adding the compatibilized master batch,mechanical properties of blends improve effectively and melt flow rate decreases.Particle sizes of minor phase reduce obviously and compatibilization between every phase improves significantly.The crystallization temperature,melting point and crystallinity of LLDPE in compatibilized blends ascend and those of PET descend with the increase of amount of compatibilized master batch.
