摘　　要：随着社会不断发展,人们对建筑的危险性重视程度也逐步提高。论文以某多层砖混结构宿舍楼的危险性评定为例,阐述了房屋危险性评定的内容、过程和判定依据,可以为该建筑的后期加固提供依据,也可为今后类似建筑的危险性评定提供参考。With the continuous development of society,people pay more attention to the danger of buildings.Taking the risk assessment of a multi-storey brick-concrete structure dormitory building as an example,this paper expounds the content,process and judgment basis of the risk assessment of the building,which can provide the basis for the later reinforcement of the building,and also provide a reference for the risk assessment of similar buildings in the future.
