摘　　要：工程项目呈现大型化的趋势,面临的成本管理风险加大,要在激烈的市场竞争中立足,承包企业必须加强项目的成本管理。基于此,论文首先阐明加强项目成本管理的意义,并对目前项目成本管理存在的现状进行分析,结合PDCA管理理论,从成本管理体系各个环节提出改进对策,为大型项目在成本管理方面提供参考。The project presents the trend of large-scale,facing the increasing risk of cost management,in order to stand in the fierce market competition,the contractor must strengthen the cost management of the project.Based on this,the paper first clarifies the significance of strengthening project cost management,and analyzes the current situation of project cost management.Combined with PDCA management theory,it puts forward improvement countermeasures from all aspects of cost management system,providing reference for large-scale projects in cost management.
