摘　　要：有效促进信息资源共建共享是落实加强京津冀区域一体化的重点任务之一。通过探讨京津冀体育信息资源共建共享建设路线,以促进人们对京津冀区域一体化问题的认识,并为探索京津冀区域一体化体育信息资源建设创新措施提供参考。主要以京津冀三地信息资源共建共享建设为研究对象,在文献搜集基础上结合对北京、天津、河北体育行政管理部门、体育信息资源所属部门和体育院校图书馆相关人员及专家的调查,以求得对体育信息资源共建共享建设情况进行总体把握。倡议成立"京津冀区域一体化体育信息资源共建共享联盟",沿着面向"政府""学校"和"社会"方向发展的建设线路,推行"综合化"的京津冀区域体育信息资源共建共享建设保障机制和可持续发展的专项规划。研究结论显示:京津冀区域一体化体育信息资源共建共享规划涉及了"综合化"工作策略,表现为综合参与的组织管理机构、综合化的参与目标、综合化的建设内容等方面,通过工作机制来协调联盟内部各要素之间的关系。建议加强顶层设计,从全局性、长远性、根本性的问题入手,加强统筹协调,架构体育信息资源共享运行模式。Effectively promoting joint construction and sharing of information resources is one of the key tasks to strengthen the regional integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.By discussing the construction path of joint construction and sharing of sports information resources in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,it is hoped to promote the understanding of regional integration in this region and to provide reference for exploring innovative measures for the construction of integrated sports information resources in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.This study takes joint construction and sharing of information resources in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as the research object,and combines with the survey of sports administrative departments,departments of sports information resources,and libraries of sports colleges and universities and experts in Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei by means of documentation,with the hope to have an overall grasp of the situation of joint construction and sharing of sports information resources.This study advocates the establishment of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Regional Alliance for Joint Construction and Sharing of Integrated Sports Information Resources,and promote the establishment of the Alliance along the lines of government,school,and society.The results of the study show that the joint construction and sharing of sports information resources in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region involves a comprehensive working strategy,which is expressed in terms of organization and management structure of integrated participation,integrated participation goals,and integrated construction content,which coordinate the relationship between the various elements within the Alliance through a working mechanism.It is suggested that the top-level design should be strengthened,and the overall,long-term and fundamental issues should be addressed to strengthen coordination and structure the operation mode of sharing sports information resources.
